In 2018, I participated in a guided tour of several Eastern European countries, namely Poland, the Baltic States, neighboring parts of Russia, and Finland. Eastern Europe not only has beautiful landscapes to offer, but also a rich cultural heritage and, last but not least, delicious down-to-earth cuisine.
